Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Ready-made items: May be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Custom-made products (tailoring, upholstery, special orders): These are considered final sale, except in cases of clear workmanship defects or errors on our part.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Conditions for Acceptance
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all tags/packaging.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Custom and personalized orders are only eligible for return in the event of manufacturing or material defects.
Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges
  • After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed via your original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
  • You may choose to exchange eligible items or receive store credit instead of a refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after acceptance.
Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom-cut fabrics, personalized items, and sale/clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers are non-refundable.
